Resolution approving plans for the Columbus and Franklin County Metro Parks Blacklick Creek Greenway Recreational Trail – Phase VII (Engineer) WHEREAS, plans have been presented to the Franklin County Board of Commissioners requesting approval for the Columbus and Franklin County Metro Parks Blacklick Creek Greenway Recreational Trail – Phase VII; and WHEREAS, the project will realign Shannon Road from Winchester Pike to a point 1,600 feet northeast of Winchester Pike; and WHEREAS, the plans have been approved by the Franklin County Engineer on June 8, 2009; BE IT RESOLVED, BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF FRANKLIN COUNTY, OHIO: That the plans prepared by S & H Engineering, dated May 18, 2009 requesting approval for the Columbus and Franklin County Metro Parks Blacklick Creek Greenway Recreational Trail – Phase VII, are hereby approved.
