SUBJECT: Elimination of Limit Order Reconciliation Service and Open Order Report

PT 170

On or about March 31, 2011, the NYSE will discontinue the Limit Order Reconciliation Service and
eliminate the Open Order Report. These services are replaced by a new Open Order file and the inclusion
of Good Till Cancel (GTC) activity on the Merged Order Log Output.

The new Open Order file (Autoroute Product ID 06240620) will contain a complete listing of all open
GTC orders as well as current day corporate actions activity. In the event of a Corporate action, the file
will contain pre and post values for Order Quantity, Price and Leaves Quantity. The Open Order file will
be available to customers at 10:00 pm each business day; distribution is available by Clearing Number.

All GTC Orders are also currently included on the Merged Order Log Output with start of day Corporate
action values applied and trade date activity.

As a result of these enhancements, the NYSE will discontinue the Limit Order Reconciliation Service,
which comprises Member Firm/Service Bureau Datatrak input from firms (Datatrak Input SYSID 28441)
and Autoroute Output in both File and print-image format (Autoroute Product IDs 06240532 &
06240512 respectively).

In addition NYSE will discontinue the print-image version of the Open Order Report (Autoroute Product
ID 06010610), which is a listing of all Open GTC Orders.

Member Firms will receive all their Open Order information on the new EOD file, and may elect to
perform Open Order reconciliation against their own internal records.

                                                                                                         1
