Participants will obtain the skills and knowledge necessary to build, install, upgrade, repair, configure, troubleshoot and perform preventative maintenance on personal computer hardware and operating system. It is designed for participants seeking to become IT professionals. Course number 225. Cost is $2185 for part 1. All courses carry college credit. AT&T CWA Technical Skills Course Enrollment/Interest Form: Detroit 1. Complete and fax this form to us at 615-376-5432 to request the class (es) you would like to take. 2. You must then immediately apply to get your tuition payment from AT&T in advance of the class. 3. Go to the AT&T company intranet under “tuition aid” and print out a hardcopy of the application form. You must complete this application and select the CPDP option. DO NOT SUBMIT YOUR APPLICATION ONLINE! Complete the hardcopy form and fax it to AT&T to get CPDP. 4. Use Nashville State Community College as the institution and FAFSA/DETC code: 007534. 5. You must use your bar-coded fax cover sheet and include a copy of the course rate sheet when submitting your application. Call Jennifer at 800-689-7477 if you need a copy of our rate sheet. 6. Once approved, you will receive the tuition funds in your paycheck. All tuition must be paid by check or credit card by the first night of class. There is a $3500 maximum tuition benefit per year. 7. A separate $10 book fee will be collected on the first night of class. Be prepared to pay this then. 8.
