Reassure Service User is returning back home and discuss the needs and aspirations of the Service User. Provide daily peer counselling, non professional counselling to discuss issues that may worry Service User. Discuss what happened during the day, any changes etc. Develop person’s capacity to undertake budgeting for food, clothing and expenses etc. Enable Service User to get to know her neighbourhood therefore knowing where the shops, Post Office, Bus Stops etc are located. Assist in increasing the Service User’s capacity to undertake weekly  Service User  Staff Enhance independence in taking medication and ordering repeat prescriptions.
