   Stories	
   will

   simultaneously	
  
released	
   in	
   hardcover	
   and	
   e-­‐book	
   in	
   the	
   summer	
   of	
   2012,	
   and	
   will	
   be	
   followed	
   by	
   a	
   second	
   untitled	
  
novel.

   acquisition	
   for	
   world	
   rights	
   was	
   made	
   by
