BioLab: Conducted SPC study on powder-fill production line that reduced underfill
noncompliance from ~20% to less than 1%. Led material review board and failure investigation
teams. Completed over 200 Finished Product Specifications, as well as numerous work
instructions and manufacturing/calibration procedures.
Hartsfield: Coordinated the writing and review of over 150 Policies & Procedures for Bureau of
Planning & Development; published new architectural/engineering design guidelines; worked
with executives to flowchart project management processes.
