    Clients included BioLab (Conyers, GA), Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport, Emory
       University (Decatur, GA), AT&T Wireless (NYC, NY), Write2Market (Atlanta, GA) and Jobsite
       Software (Atlanta, GA).
    BioLab: Conducted SPC study on powder-fill production line that reduced underfill
       noncompliance from ~20% to less than 1%. Led material review board and failure investigation
       teams. Completed over 200 Finished Product Specifications, as well as numerous work
       instructions and manufacturing/calibration procedures.
    Hartsfield: Coordinated the writing and review of over 150 Policies & Procedures for Bureau of
       Planning & Development; published new architectural/engineering design guidelines; worked
       with executives to flowchart project management processes.
    Emory University: Worked with Finance Department to create dozens of Policies & Procedures.
    AT&T Wireless Northeast Region: Designed and maintained company’s first comprehensive
