ARTICLEIX STAFF: The North Dakota administrative officer will provide the Committee with needed staff support. Staff specialists will attend Committee meetings on an as-needed basis. The State Conservationist (or designee) will represent management at committee meetings. ARTICLE X QUORUM: A quorum to conduct any official business of the Committee shall consist of a majority of the members. ARTICLE XI AMENDMENTOF BY-LAWS: These by-laws may be amended by a majority vote of the Committee at a regular or special meeting called for such purpose at which a quorum is present. Notificationsof any proposed amendments or changes must be sent to members at least 30 days in advance of ~he meeting.
