What is being brought?
•   Venue design, construction, fit-out & overlay
     –   Starts with architectural drawings & ends with complete event site
     –   Project management, engineering, health & safety, cost control, materials selections, security
         planning, construction delivery & fit-out, materials, building services, construction
         management, control systems, surfacing, transport

•   Event delivery
     –   Focus on Games-time delivery although planning & procurement will start earlier
     –   Legal services, project finance & insurance services, event management, education,
         marketing, media & PR, waste management, temporary overlay, catering, ticketing, security

•   Legacy
     –   Post event which transfers the event site into ‘fit for purpose’ site for its planned future use
     –   Facilities management, dismantling of temporary facilities, landscaping, construction
         services, conferencing & exhibition facilities, sport legacy (sport equipment, consultancy etc)
     -   Wider activities organised to engage and celebrate the event

   –   75 out of 96 major T1 construction contracts let
   –   73 out of 92 major services & corporate contracts let
   –   LOCOG procurement schedule published (£700m)
