The individual study plan is a work plan for each student’s personal education. It should be an instrument for planning and a base for progress follow up. The document is to be revised yearly and filed at the department. Both at set-up and at half time revision a final, signed version of the form is sent to the Postgraduate Education Committee (FUN), Box 7084, 750 07 Uppsala.
