  Managed the $5MM project chartered to spin-off and stand-up the Asset Management Division of The Phoenix
  Companies. Led 6 tracks of implementation teams with only 6 months to do vendor selection, contracting,
  procurement and spin-off/move related activities such as converting desktops, migrating email, building new
  servers, constructing support infrastructure and provisioning enterprise data/voice communications. Empowered

  Peoplesoft GL Enrichment Project
  Planned, lead, architected & implemented the effort to produce tools & databases necessary to assist Insurance
  Segment CFO & staff with the task of enriching ledger data to a finer-grain of detail. Allocations, prorations, and
  data cleansing operations were designed by the team and implemented using a rapid-prototyping style
  methodology. Informatica, SQL Server, XML & MS Access were the key foundation technologies behind the
  initiative.

  Strategic Account Balance Initiative
  $1.5MM project was chartered to deliver daily account valuations to ING business partners using a new business
  intelligence technology (FAST Search & Transfer AIW). Delivery team was comprised of six sub-teams to
  extract data from each of 5 critical areas of the business. We employed a combined SUMMIT Acendant waterfall
  and rapid prototyping approach to minimize delivery timeline, while complying with ING’s PMO and reporting
  constraints. Managed overall deliverable, published effort and financial status to stakeholders, managed project
  finances and staff, and provided procedural and technical guidance to the team.

Senior Consultant

  GL/AP Consolidation Warehouse (Architect/Technical Project Manager)
  Managed the $600K effort to consolidate and conform 37 Macola ERP systems into a unified repository using
  Wherescape RED. We deployed a rudimentary master data management and produced an enterprise Master Chart
  of Accounts with several aggregate hierarchies. The team delivered a Data Warehouse designed to adapt to a
  rapidly changing Florida-based Financial Services organization. The system was fully productionalized in 90
  days including basic reporting from Cognos 8 BI Suite. Reduced time to process monthly consolidated financials
  from person-days to automated hours. Prototyped a Stratature EDM master data solution and presented findings
  to client.

  Affordable Housing Program Warehouse Integration (Lead ETL Engineer)
  Constructed DataStage ETL jobs for AHP data feed into existing Kalido DIW implementation. Mentored junior
  staff on Kalido 7, load and management of the DIW warehouse. Made necessary modifications to Axis stored
  procedures to prepare staging and load areas. Prepared prototype validation reports using Actuate.

  Insurance Reserve and Expense Reporting (Architect/Lead Engineer)
  Guided Insurance client though report definition and data mapping process. Provided project management
  guidance and oversight. Enhanced Actuate toolset to improve report developer productivity. Modeled and
  mapped a process to aggregate base-monthly data to reporting aggregates.

  Insurance Reserve and Expense Application (Architect/Lead Engineer)
  Designed and developed a Reserve and Expense estimation system, employing enterprise-class technologies
  (Java, XSL/XML, Tomcat, SQLServer), to rehost a legacy process for a NY State Insurance client. The
  application grossly simplifies a process that has historically taken weeks – unifying disparate interfaces and
  providing needed process visibility and control. Generated requirements, constructed project plan, authored
  design specification, and lead effort to construct and deploy the software.

  Global Procurement Data Warehousing (Project Lead)
  Designed and developed a world-wide Procurement Data Warehouse, employing enterprise-class technologies (JD
  Edwards, Oracle ERP, Kalido, Business Objects), to improve spend-analysis and executive visibility for a global
  Pharmaceutical client. Phase I rollout bridged France/US ERP systems with Phase II scheduled to integrate
  Brazil, UK, and Australlia. Employed standard and client-specified Project Management methodologies to
  mitigate risk and offer on-going visibility into project progress.

  Business Process Re-engineering (Senior Analyst)
  Defined scope of an SAP'esque global information system for aircraft manufacturer to improve as-built business
  processes. Presented feature/function analysis, detailed estimated workplan and design strategy for moving
