To my loyal customers and fellow business owners:

My position as master baker at Breakfast in the Park in Huntington Beach, CA ended this summer in
early September. The restaurant’s owner is retired and closed the restaurant.

In the interest of pursuing my passion for baking I am searching for a new location that will allow me
to continue my love of creating and baking. At the same time I would like to provide a business
owner with someone who has mastered the art of baking, excellent customer service, and a belief in
team work.

My most recent accomplishments include successfully co-own, manage and run a restaurant/bakery
overseeing 10 employees and 2 chefs. Prior to my joint venture restaurant I helped manage and
run my fathers legendary restaurant called The End Café, located at the end of the Huntington
Beach pier.

I have more than 27 years of experience in specialty baking. I have the ability and knowledge to
operate various sized mixers, a thorough understanding of mixing and creaming methods, and a
detailed knowledge of bread production.

I have developed multiple “secret/special recipes” for cinnamon rolls, various types of muffins,
cookies, brownies and breads.

I have experience in training new people to become knowledgeable in correct baking methods.

I value and practice excellent customer service skills, team work skills, and I am passionate about
doing the job right.
