Polyprint/Polyplas
High strength/high performance thermal self-tie/tag material sold in this catalogue at 200 microns thick. We also offer 150 and 250 micron material – please ask for a quote.
Fortiplas Thermal/Thermaplas
Thermal printable conventional PVC sold at 200 microns for thermal self-ties and 300 microns for thermal stick-in labels.
Fortiplas Premium/Multiplas
Very high strength clay coated self-tie/tag material for thermal transfer and dot-matrix printing.
TYVEK®
A light weather-proof tear resistant material ideally suited to dot-matrix overprinting and outdoor applications. TYVEK is a registered trademark of DuPont

Polylaser
This self-tie and swing tag material combines rugged outdoor performance with superb print quality through the Oki colour LED printer range. Please ask for samples!
Ideal for printing large colour pictures on banners through Oki colour LED laser printers. Also available with Longcombe’s specialist high-tack adhesive.
Polymatt Laser
Polyester
Premium quality coated material for laser printing. Available in various thickness - 145 micron for self-ties, 150 micron for swing tags and 275 micron for Oki stick-ins and bed cards. Self adhesive polyester for mono laser printing.
Gloss Vinyl
Heavy duty pot label material with high-tack adhesive for outdoor applications. Thermal transfer printable with wax-resin and full resin ribbons.
Polymatt
Premium weatherproof matt material with Longcombe’s specialist high-tack adhesive. Produces top quality barcodes through thermal transfer printers using wax-resin ribbons.
Printer Compatibility
Our labels are used through a range of thermal transfer printers (Toshiba Tec, Datamax, Sato, Zebra, Intermec and others), laser printers (Canon, Brother, HP etc), Oki colour LED printers and dot matrix printers.

Terms and Conditions
1. Conditions of Sale Orders are only accepted subject to the terms of business set out below. We cannot accept any other terms. 2. Product Specification All information contained in our brochures and sales literature is to the best of our knowledge true and accurate at the time of going to press We do not accept responsibility for damage, injury, loss or expense resulting from any error or omissions. We reserve the right without prior notice to discontinue any product or to change the design of any product as part of our product improvement programme. We are unable to accept responsibility in respect of factors outside our knowledge or control. Users should carry out their own test to determine suitability of products for their particular purposes and it shall be the customers duty to ensure that the goods are fit for the purpose. The Company does not guarantee that the goods are fit for any purpose. 3. Guarantee In respect of labels and stationery items, we guarantee to replace faulty goods supplied by Longcombe Labels Ltd or at our option refund the purchase price subject to the claim being made in writing and agreed by us. We shall not be under any liability for any consequential damage or loss arising or said to arise from the use of any of our products. 4. Prices Prices quoted are cost prices excluding VAT. VAT is added and will be shown on the invoice. 5. Damage or Loss in Transit In the event of non-delivery/shortages we should be advised in writing within 3 days of the receipt of the invoice. In the case of damaged goods the delivery note should be signed DAMAGED and The Company notified in writing immediately. 6. Payment Terms Credit will be offered free for up to 30 days, thereafter credit charges shown on the invoice will apply and must be paid. It is a condition of opening a credit account that Buyers accept the use of credit charges and agree to pay them upon late payment. The intention is that the costs of extended credit should be met by those who take it. The use of credit charges is not an invitation to take credit beyond 60 days beyond the invoice date. 7. Specific Conditions of Sale The title to ownership of the goods sold does not pass to the buyer until the seller has received payment in full for the goods and if the buyer purports to sell the goods before payment the proceeds of the sale in the hands of the buyer shall belong to the seller until payment for the goods has been received by the seller.
Quality & Service
Longcombe has built its business on quality and service. We maintain fast turn round times: plain labels same day; reprints typically going out within two days and new labels in less than five. Many reprints are done the same day as order. We also aim to answer the phone in three rings or fewer. Whoever answers the phone will take your order if you wish, while if you need to speak to a particular person we never play music while you are on hold. Each customer is assigned an account manager who will keep in touch with you to make sure that you never run out of labels. We operate to ISO 9001 standards and need to know if we fall short in any way.
How to Pay
Labels and sundries are available for sale on 30 day free credit terms to established customers. We operate strict credit control and use a credit charge system to ensure that the costs of extended credit are met by those who take it. It is a condition of our terms of business that customers agree to pay credit charges on accounts overdue after 30 days. First orders are dealt with on a C.W.O. basis. Major credit and debit cards are accepted but may be subject to a charge.
