City Council - Minutes of May 19, 2009: • Noted and filed City of Santa Clara Resident Population Number as of January 1, 2009 is 117,242. • Noted and filed Parks and Recreation Commission minutes of April 21 and approved Parks and Recreation Commission recommendation to refund Sound Amplification Fee of $30 for the American Cancer Society Relay for Life Fund raiser. • Approved additional appropriation and transfers of funds in the amount of $25,000 for the purchase and installation of a replacement scoreboard at Washington Park Baseball Field. City Council Special Meeting Committee of the Whole- Minutes of June 2, 2009: • Approved proposed stadium term sheet between the City of Santa Clara, The Redevelopment Agency and the San Francisco 49ers for the construction and operation of a National Football League stadium. City Council - Minutes of June 9, 2009 • Approved itemized actions related to City, Redevelopment Agency and Sports and Open Space Authority budgets. • Approved acceptance of the Ulistac Natural Area Phase II Development Project constructed by Scapes, Inc. and authorized the Notice of Completion. • Approved an Agreement for Professional Services with Dillingham Associates Landscape Architects in an amount not to exceed $28,625for the Ulistac Natural Area Phase III Project. • Continued the Public Hearing on the Gallery at Central Park Project, 900 Kiely Blvd to City Council Special Meeting on June 19, 2009. • Referred to the City Manager the Senior Advisory Commission’s recommendation of April 27, 2009 to conduct a needs assessment of seniors.
