tion of assets (by form of FREE BPOs and physical inspection reports) in order to help you decide
whether to proceed with foreclosure or explore other options such as property management
for leasebacks.

 With over 30 years in the industry, Vic Avakian has brokered and negotiated numerous real estate transactions,
 both residential and commercial. Although his knowledge of the business surpasses that of most agents, Mr.
 Avakian continues to grow as a real estate practitioner by attending every major conference, seminar, and
 pursuing the prestigious CCIM designation.

 With his experience, Mr. Avakian offers vast transactional experience for negotiations, dealing with legal matters

 Salpi Avakian
 Coming from a 30 year background in real estate financing and 20 years of real estate brokerage, Salpi Avakian

 Formerly of Wells Fargo and Metrocities Mortgage Corp, Salpi has found financing for hundreds of satisfied

George Avakian
As the newest addition to Verdugo's family of real estate professionals, George Avakian adds value to his
