					              Sports Radio 610 WIP’s Second Annual
             Univest Student-Athlete of the Year Award

1. HOW TO VOTE

  a. The Student Athlete of the Year Award contest will begin on April 17th 2008 at
     6:00am and end on June 12th at 10AM.

  b. In order to participate, listeners must complete and email a nomination application to
     610wip.com between May 30th 2008 and June 12th 2008. The applications must
     include the following information:

              1. Student’s Name, Town and High School
              2. Athletic Achievements
                   A.    Sports of Participation/ High School Sports Teams
                   B. Awards and Achievements during high school career, including whether
                        they will be continuing their athletic career in college, and if so, where.
              3. Academic Achievements
                   A. Academic Achievements and Awards.
                  B. Participation and Leadership in groups or clubs outside the realm of Athletics
              4. Community Involvement
                   A.    Any Volunteer or Service involvement in the community.
                   B. Awards or Acknowledgements given by business, civic or community
                         organizations.
              5. Why? Finally please include a short essay as to why your nominee would make
                 a great choice for this award. Over and above the awards and achievements, what
                 makes your nominee a special choice for the award? Thank you for submitting a
                 nominee for this unique opportunity to recognize our outstanding future leaders
                 with the 2008 “Student-Athlete of the Year Award”.

  c. Nominees must be a student athlete in their Senior year of high school.

  d.   One Internet entry per person and one Internet entry per email address. Internet
       entries will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the email address
       submitted at the time of entry. The authorized account holder is the natural person
       who is assigned to the email address by an internet access provider, online serve
       provider or other organization that is responsible by assigning email address or the
       domain associated with the submitted email address.

  e. Each Nomination submitted must not contain copyrighted materials or any other
     materials that may be restricted, prohibited or outlawed by federal, state or local
     laws. WIP has the absolute discretion to disqualify an entry based on its sole
     judgment. WIP, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any entry if such
     entry contains illegal, indecent or otherwise offensive material, or if such entry
     contains material whose content is deemed at the sole discretion of WIP to be
     unsuitable for public performance or broadcast on WIP (i.e. entries must be radio
     clean). Nominations that do not comply with these rules will not be eligible for the
     competition.

  f. Station is not responsible for entries not received due to difficulty accessing the
     Internet, service outages or delays, computer difficulties or other technological
     glitches.
2. ELIGIBILITY RESTRICTIONS

     a. This contest was open to all student athlete seniors in the Philadelphia and
        Surrounding countries. WIP and Univest Management voted on all applications and
        narrowed down to the Top 5.

3. PRIZES

     a. A $5,000 scholarship will be presented to the person that is found to be the Univest
        Student Athlete of the Year.

     b. All prizes or prize certificates may be picked up at the office of the Station at the
        address below. The winner will forfeit any prize or prize certificate not claimed within
        forty-five (45) days of winning. In the event that a prize or prize certificate is mailed
        to the winner, it will be with the prior written consent of the winner and therefore,
        winner assumes the risk of its loss. The Station is not responsible for the safe arrival
        of a prize or prize certificate.

     c. There is no substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent for prizes, except that Sponsor
        may, at its sole discretion, substitute prizes of comparable value or cash. The prizes
        are expressly limited to the item(s) listed above and do not include taxes, gratuities
        or any other expenses. Other restrictions may apply.




4.        WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION

     a. Decisions of the Station management with respect to the contest are final.

     b. The winner will be chosen by way of listener voting on the WIP Home page with a
        link to the Univest home page (Univest.net)

     c. There is no limit to as many times a person can vote. Voters may vote early and
        often on the 5 finalists.

     d. Winner will be announced on WIP on June 13th 2008

     e. Odds of winning are 1 in 5 as there are 5 finalists

     f.   Winner does not have to be present to win

     g. Winner will be contacted by Univest on June 12th to inform them that they received
        the most votes on their website and are therefore the winner.

h. $5000 Presentation will take place on Tuesday, June 17th at 10:30am at WIP studios.

5. CONDITIONS

     a. Payments of all federal, state and local taxes are solely the responsibility of the
        winners. Winners may be required to sign an IRS Form W-9 or the equivalent.

     b. By participating in the contest, the winner or winners agree to have their name,
        voice, or likeness used in any advertising or broadcasting material relating to this
        contest without additional financial or other compensation, and, where legal, to sign
        a publicity release confirming such consent prior to acceptance of the prize.

   c. Prior to awarding any prize or prize certificate, the Station in its sole discretion may
      require contest winners (and their travel companions, if any) to sign a liability
      release, agreeing to hold the Station, its corporate licensee, its parent, subsidiary
      and affiliated corporations, and the officers, shareholders, directors, employees,
      agents and representatives of each of them harmless against any and all claims or
      liability arising directly or indirectly from the prize or participation in the contest.

   d. The Station reserves the right to make changes in the rules of the contest, including
      the substitution of a prize or equivalent value, which will become effective upon
      announcement. $5,000 “If due to circumstances beyond the control of the Station,
      any competition or prize-related event is delayed, rescheduled, postponed or
      cancelled, the Station reserves the right, but not the obligation, to cancel or modify
      the contest and shall not be required to award a substitute prize.”]

   e. Failure to comply with the contest rules may result in a contestant’s disqualification
      solely at the discretion of the Station.

   f. The Station is not responsible for typographical or other errors in the printing, the
      offering or the administration of the contest, or in the announcement of a prize.

   g. Copies of the written contest rules and a list of winners (when complete) are
      available during regular business hours at the main studio of 610 WIP.
3. ELIGIBILITY RESTRICTIONS

   a. Nominees must be WIP listeners who are high school seniors years of age or older
      and who legally reside in Philadelphia and surrounding counties. Employees of
      WIP, its licensee, corporate parent, affiliated entities, its affiliated advertising
      agencies, participating sponsors/promotional partners, other radio stations in the
      Philadelphia metropolitan area and the members of their immediate families are
      ineligible to participate or win.

   b. Only one winner per household is permitted in any contest.

   c. Participants we be required to fill out a release form with a valid I.D.

   c.   Contestants are required to provide truthful information and WIP will reject and
        delete any entry that it discovers to be false or fraudulent. WIP will also disqualify
        and delete any entry received from persons under the age of 13.

6. PRIZES

   a. A $5,000 check will be presented to the nominee that is found to be the Univest
   Student Athlete of the Year courtesy of Univest and WIP.
   Approximate Retail Value: $ 5,000

   d. All prizes or prize certificates may be picked up at the office of the Station at the
      address below. The winner will forfeit any prize or prize certificate not claimed within

     h. The final five finalist will be selected by judges from Univest and WIP radio that will
        evaluate the applications and grade on a scale from 1 to 5. One being the worst and
        five being the best. The five applications marked with the highest scores will go on to
        become a finalist.

     i.   The winner will be chosen by way of voting on the Univest home page (Univest.net)
          Beginning May 30th at 5:00 through June 12th at 10:30am of each of the Five
          Finalists will be posted online at Univest.net. Listeners will then be encouraged to
          visit Univest.com vote online through June 12th at 10:30am for the Finalist they
          believe should receive the grand prize. Grand Prize winner will be the Finalist who
          accumulates the highest number of online votes by the end of the voting period. For
          purposes of these Official Rules, “receipt” of an online vote occurs when the
          www.Univest.net servers record the entry information upon clicking the “Vote”
          button. There is no limit as to how many times a person can vote. Voters may vote
          early and often. All votes must be received by June 12th at 10:30am. Any votes
          received after this time will not be counted. In the event of a tie, the Grand Prize
          Winner shall be selected from the tied Finalists voting deadline will be extended until
          5pm the day votes will be closed. WIP and Univest’s decisions shall be final and
          binding.

     j.   Winner will be announced on WIP on June 13th 2008 at approximately at 10:30.

     k. Winner does not have to be present to win. Winner will be contacted by Univest on
        June 12th to inform them that they received the most votes on their website.

   is not capable of completion as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs,
   tampering, unauthorized intervention or technical failures of any sort.

l.   The Station reserves the right to make changes in the rules of the contest, including
     the substitution of a prize or equivalent value, which will become effective upon
