It is only available from Microsoft Software Assurance team and not from the retail users that sell the basic editions of the operating system. It can be used on multiple machines. The last edition of windows 7 operating system is the ultimate edition. It is similar to the enterprise edition. It has similar features of enterprise edition. It is targeted on home users. The only difference is that it is available to home users on individual license basis, which is not present in enterprise edition.
