Helpful Hints:

 Because the client will be doing this project in phases and may not do all of the
work proposed, you need to break-down the estimate to separate lobby from
        treatment areas.

 Because we are producing a document for actual use, you need to contact the
manufacturer for the actual Budget Installed price. Some manufacturers will
only give material prices so be sure you understand what the price is that you
have been given and note this in the remarks column!

 Remember that the total area of the suite is 2282 sf. Therefore floor and ceiling
areas should total no more than 2282 sf. Check especially when you are
converting carpet square footage to square yards that you divide by 9 to get square
        yards.

 There are items like ceiling grid and window treatment that are calculated by
square footage though the products themselves are more linear in nature. The cost
of grids must be calculated separately from ceiling panels as prices vary for both
        depending on style and quality

 Remember that just because the suite is 2282 sf, this does not mean that the wall
area adds up to 2282 sf. It would take a very open plan for a 2282 sf suite to have
as little as 2282 sf of wall area. Also, remember to distinguish between which
walls are drywall partitions and which will be millwork or systems furniture.

 Remember that wallbase runs on both sides of a partition so you will need to
double the lineal feet of partitions to get wallbase lineal footage.

 BE SURE TO TOTAL YOUR BUDGET!!!!!!!!
