Function: Plant Supply Chain
Job title: ERP CONTROL ANALYST
Hierarchical Report to: Continuous Improvement Manager
Functional Report to:
Back-Up in case of absence: back-up trained and known, and Continuous Improvement Manager
Mission:
  Responsible for the technical data maintenance in the ERP system (bill of material, master data, locations…)
  Participate to the design of new information systems
  Ensure interface for the new products introduction, engineering changes and end of life with the ERP system

Main Responsibilities:
ERP management:

1/ Supervise the data correctness entered into ERP system by auditing process
2/ Analyze products, flow materials, inventory and scheduling method to define the best structure of these data
3/ Ensure interface for the new products introduction, engineering changes and end of life
4/ Review and updates on time all changes in the procedure for product data creation
5/ Leader of the Material Change coordination meeting
6/ Initiate the keying of new components and products in ERP system
7/ Create and update parts, bills of material, locations in the ERP data base and all necessary data regarding packaging
and labels
8/ Anticipate possible technical and system problems while new products definition, proposing solutions and
undertaking proper corrective actions
9/ Troubleshoot problems and implement solutions to maintain the continuity of production flow
10/ Monitor and debug new methods and procedures.
11/ Lead internal periodic inventory
12/ Regular contact with others departments outside the work group, participate in Cross Functional Teams.
13/ Provide technical support for specific plant operations.
14/ Support activities to achieve and maintain the Quality System, Valeo 1000, and Valeo 5000.
15/ Insure the implementation of the 5 Valeo Core Strategies.
Process, toolkits, measurement:

1/ Provide data, queries to support inventory accuracy indicators and analysis
2/ Follow up and report daily relavant indicators (Negatives stock, non processed transactions,etc…).



Technical field of application: (competences required)
 Knowledge of the global logistics supply chain
 Knowledge of ERP systems (Comp@ss MM / CIM+ key user ).
 Proficient in computer skills.
 High level of interpersonal skills to work effectively with others
 High level of analytical ability / use & application of QRQC methodology
 Abality to work under pressured environment, good communication skills and “Genba” attitude.
