Quality Progress Review Proforma: Information Available in Schools

Schools are invited to complete the attached proforma as an aid in identifying the range of information they
currently have available. The following guidance notes may be useful in completing the proforma:

 There is no requirement at this stage for Schools to create any items of information listed on the proforma
which they do not currently hold.
 Highlighted items shown in italics are considered core items of information, and they or their equivalent
should normally be available in all Schools. Items not in italics may or may not be available, or indeed
relevant to the School under review.
 Where Schools are asked to specify source it would be helpful if an indication could be given of what
information is included, how it is made available to relevant staff/students/stakeholders and in what format
e.g. as part of a handbook, in hardcopy, electronically, on the web, in Blackboard etc.
 Schools may use the ‘comments’ column to include any notes they think relevant. Schools are also
welcome to use this column to highlight any practice they might particularly wish to draw to the QPR
Team’s attention, or for wider dissemination across the University.
 Schools are not required to provide all items on this list for the QPR [for details of documentation to be
provided as part of the Review see ‘Quality Progress Review (2006 – 2008): An Overview’]

This form should be completed and returned electronically. It is available to download in Word format at:

       http://www.cf.ac.uk/regis/ifs/qa/qpr/qprr2/index.html

If you have any queries about the completion of this form, please contact Karen T Moore in Registry (ext
