                                                                                                     and BETA, respectively, as administrators

                                                                                                     Castillo, 33, was a Science teacher at W.A.

                                                                                                     Peña, 47, was a Math and Reading coach
                                                                                                     for Hidalgo Independent School District. A
                                                                                                     1977 graduate of Zapata High School, she
                                                                                                     earned her bachelor’s degree from Texas
