while Brad McKinney of Rancho Viejo will
return to Med Tech as an administrator.
Castillo, 33, was a Science teacher at W.A.

1992 Med High alumna, she earned her
bachelor’s degree from Baylor University
in Waco in 1996 and master’s degree from
the University of Texas-Pan American in
Edinburg in 2004. Castillo has worked in
