The Asian Pacific American Institute for Congressional Studies (APAICS) offers full-time legislative and public policy fellowships in Washington, D.C. Term: Nine months (beginning in September 2011 and ending in May 2012) Benefits: Fellowship placement in a Congressional office, Federal agency, or non-profit organization $20,000 stipend to cover housing and personal expenses Separate stipend for basic health insurance coverage Complimentary air travel to and from Washington, D.C.
