                                               Biography and Introduction

         G. William James is one of the leading training professionals for handheld computing and mobile
         technology in the United States for retail, medicine, sales, business and real estate. A sales trainer and
         seminar presenter since 1986, thousands have heard his enthusiastic yet real-life approach to time
         management and sales excellence. James was an early user of Palm PDAs and later became a disciple:
         he is devoted to handheld computing and has built his career on the technology. The RIM Blackberry™
         and Apple iPhone™ were added to his list of workshops for real estate in 2007.

         Among REALTORS®, James is internationally recognized for teaching the smartphone’s technology as
         the ultimate REALTOR®, tool. He has been profiled in Florida Realtor Magazine and is a contributor to
         Realty Times Magazine on PDAs and smartphone technology.

         His lists of clients include Medtronic-Xomed, Primerica, General Electric and Kaiser Permanente. He
         presented to the Keller Williams Real Estate National Convention in 2006 and the Triple Play Real Estate
         Convention, for New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania. In 2006 and 2007 he presented to the
         California Association of REALTORS® Convention, and the Georgia Association of REALTORS® in
         Asheville, North Carolina. In 2008 he has presented to the RE/Max of Texas State Convention, Florida
         Association of REALTORS®, and the California Association of REALTORS® conventions.
         2008 marks the fifth year he has presented to the National Association of REALTORS® Conference on
         smartphone technology.

         James is trained and certified by GE Supra as an expert on the eKey and AciveKey systems. He is also
         versed in the SentriLock™ Keybox System
         In May 2005 he was featured in Black Enterprise Magazine as “Master Of The PDA”.

         James is also a frequent guest speaker at luncheons and association functions for many industries, all of
         which are constantly striving to remain on the leading edge of handheld technology. He frequently
         represents Palm, GE Supra, MarketSource® Inc. and others as a platform speaker and booth personality
         at conventions and technology events. His company, Handheld Computer Solutions, conducts
         specialized training seminars for companies and real estate organizations throughout the United States
         and Canada.
         James resides in an Atlanta suburb with his family.

 Monthly Maintenance Tips
 Schedule a reminder in your calendar to perform these few steps:

  Clean out your email and text messages
 See the smartphone as a convenience for email, and save email on computer instead

  Move all media (photos, video, music) to the memory card if necessary
 Organize media files for quick access, especially listing photos

  Delete temporary Internet files, cookies, clear history
 Can typically be found in the Web browser settings menu

  Reset your smartphone at least once per month
 Removing the battery is best, if possible. This also refreshes your wireless network connection

  Delete and reinstall Supra eKey application (if applicable)
 MLS update cache files grow overtime, and can cause major problems with your smartphone
