Club’s Yearly Plan
1. Achieve District Governor’s Priorities 2. Promoting IT literacy by sending all MMR, MAR via LCI website, creating club’s bulletin and updating all club’s latest information via Lions Club of Stampin-Pending Kuching official website: www.lionsclubspk.org 3. Enhancing public image and integrity of Lions by publicity of projects in local newspaper and via website. 4. Organize an inter district fellowship with sister clubs in Singapore, Johor and Taiwan and others Lions Clubs members in District 308-A2 to promote harmony, unity and better understanding amongst lions. 5. Membership Growth 6. To recruit five number of Friends of Lions. 7. Organize at least one joint project with sponsoring Leo Clubs 8. Helping designated homes/institutions (e.g Sarawak Children Cancer Society, Sarawak Children Autistics Centre, Salvation Army Boys Home, Sarawak Society for the deaf) by participating in their activities such as Food Fair. 9. Contribute to District Scholarship Fund and Lions Leadership Institute 10. Organizes Monthly Board of Director’s Meeting 11. Organizes Monthly Members and Friends Fellowships 12. Organize Family Day and outings among members 13. Attend District Convention and District Conference 14. Organize one major fund-raising project

Proposed Projects and Activities
• Major Service project September 2009 – Joint Project together with sponsoring Leo Clubs to help the needy. Schedule Board meetings 1st Week Monday of every month at Lions Nursing Home Conference Room Fellowship meeting plan Every month after the Board of Meeting will have fellowship at near by Coffee Shop. Once in two months at member’s house – begin with President’s house. Membership growth target Promote Friends of Lions to achieve at least net gain of one new member. Contribution to LCIF / District 308-A2 Foundation - LCIF / District 308-A2 Foundation - Donation to District 308-A2 Lions Leadership Institute - Donation to District 308-A2 Scholarship Fund - Designated Homes / Institutions Public image-promotion activities Working closely with local newspaper media and internet website
