BATS _size _ weight limitations_

A bat rule does not apply for 9-13 year old teams in the Gopher State Baseball League, the
Minnesota USSSA baseball program and other Gopher State programs. There is no size or weight
limitations in any MYAS/Gopher State baseball programs.
Note for 11-13 year old teams:
Other organizations do enforce a (minus 10) bat differential for 11-13 year olds. Please be aware of
this differential as your team competes in tournaments around the state or when you are
purchasing your bats for the 2010 season.
The MYAS/Gopher State Baseball programs will not change any bat rules or ban any composite bats
in the 10u-14u programs for the 2011 season.

Note for 15-19 year old teams:
All 15u-17-19u programs will follow the new bat standards adopted by the National Federation
of State High School Associations for the 2011 season.
