of the parents they service which demonstrated the quality of their care. Mr. Pador started working with Metro in 2003. He
originally was an accountant and then went back to school and switched his career
to become a Physical Therapist.

Tristan describes himself as a workaholic and is up at 5:30 AM every
morning to begin working. Many of the children Tristan works with have cerebral
palsy and chromosome defects. Tristan noted that he often spends over thirty
minutes with them. Upon accepting the award Tristan said “I just want to do my
best in everything. I want to make a difference for the children.”

Tristan, who has a few kids of his own, says he is motivated by treating
each child as if it were his own. Tristan wants to extend his gratitude to his wife as Tristan and Bart
well as all of the staff at Metro, specifically Connie Ilustre, and Myrla Stein.
