Circular to Parents 123/10/11

23 March 2011

“BRICKS” AND NAMING OF FACILITIES PROGRAMME

Together, We Build Our Future

Here comes the opportunity for our parents and alumni to be a part of our new
secondary school campus by making a donation in support of our Secondary
School Building Project.

In the first round of appeal for the “Bricks” and Naming of Facilities Programme,
the School received good response from the parents. As of 21 March 2011, 10
parents have committed to sponsor a brick and 18 parents participated in the
naming of facilities programme amounting to HK$4,660,000.

The “Bricks” Programme

Donors’ name in either English or Chinese will be engraved on a custom-made
surface of the “bricks” which will be displayed on the designated Donor Wall at
the foyer of the main entrance (drop-off point for private cars) at the ground level
of the new secondary school campus.

Naming of Facilities

Individual or corporate donors are invited to name the special rooms/facilities in
the new secondary school campus by donating the designated amount to the
Secondary School Building Project.

We would like to thank those parents who have suggested to us very creative
and inspiring names to the classrooms/facilities. As of today, we have names for
the classrooms such as “Joy”, “Legend”, “Hope”, “Harmony”, “尚賢” and “謙、彬”.
The Student Lounge will be named as “飲冰室”, with reference to Liang Qichao’s
(梁啟超) Collected Works of Yinbingshi《飲冰室合集》.

Please refer to the attached information on the rooms/facilities that are still
available for naming.

or before 30 April 2011. The list of sponsors will be finalized in May 2011 upon
our Board of Governors’ endorsement. The school will contact the individual
sponsors in early June 2011.
