A small part of the evidence confirming that which later became the first strike
against designated targets on the continent of North America was imminent is
contained within a traceable 08.23.2001 e-mail to major US multinational EDS.

Attached to this e-mail was a copy of Supplement 5 containing evidence:

 Swissair declined counter-terrorism service prior to loss of Flight 111; design
specification for simple device together with engineering counter-measures
[e.g., partitioning of cargo, passenger and flight crew areas] copied to NTSB
through Boeing [Seattle] [traceable e-mail 09.16.1998]
 dormant bank accounts opened 1986 testify that which later became the loss
of Pan Am Flight 103 was confirmed 2+ years ahead of incident.

Regrettably, EDS missed 14-day counter-terrorism window and the events of ‘key-
date’ 09.11 are a matter of record. Had EDS acted immediately senior company
personnel would have realised traceable 06.13.2001 e-mail warning of ‘deaths in
skyscrapers’ was already in circulation.

Follow-up traceable 09.16.2001 e-mail including named contacts with evidence
pertaining the bombing of Pan Am Flight 103 was met by silence. The truth,
however unpleasant, is always the truth.

This document serves both as a simple reference for high-school students and
more importantly a tool to second-guess other ‘key-dates’ [e.g., 11.22] and likely
US ‘designated targets’ [e.g., Dallas]. Delayed website www.cashonthenail.com
specifically addresses the need to gather and distribute information over the
Internet, building upon proven manual systems [e.g., advertisement published in
‘The Times’, London, England, to coincide with terrorist bombing scheduled
02.14.1991; aftermath broadcast around the world [Supplement 1]].

Redevelopment plans of the WTC site largely comprising a ground floor reinforced
‘glass flag’ above plaques for each of the lost victims above an underground
shopping-mall did not raise backing or interest. The surface would have been
clear of development save for a single-storey perimeter [mostly to reduce wind].
The twin-tower footprints would have been retained to keep the twin vertical light
columns [similar to temporary installation] in perpetuity [a civilian NY ‘Arlington’].

Re: Counter-terrorism Services

Dear «Title» «Last_Name» Sir,

Concurrent with 30-plus years in the IT industry [e.g., QA, system design & testing,
programming, management] spanning diverse environments including pharmaceuticals,
defence, finance, telephony and utilities I complement skillset with outstanding achievements
in the field of counter-terrorism.

This document testifies 14-day counter-terrorism window issued 08.23.2001 [i.e., prior to
’09.11’] supported by evidence [e.g., dormant bank accounts] that which later became the
loss of Pan Am Flight 103 confirmed 1986 [i.e., 2+ years notice]; recruitment agencies are
excluded from this service.

If you find any typographical or historical [e.g., wrongly attributed president to State joining the
Union] errors please hang-fire for now. Many links are not currently working.

Fee structure is based on project, role, location and expenses [e.g., hotel accommodation].
Cost-plus contracts are the norm’; existing ADSL connection combined with laptop and
webcam will expedite the work cycle to reduce fee’s where a significant proportion of my time
is off-site.

If you are looking for a professional drop me an e-mail using the appropriate link on the
website.

I look forward to doing business with you.

Yours faithfully

Stephen Dawson
