Shochu
This unique Japanese distilled spirit can be made from numerous
ingredients, including barley, sugar cane, buckwheat, sweet potato
& rice. It generally has a 25% alcohol volume but this can rise to 45%,
depending on what it has been made from. Shochu can be enjoyed
in a variety of ways – on the rocks or with tea, hot or cold water, your
favourite mixer or one of our infused syrups & sodas. Please ask
your server for today’s infusions.

Chu-Hi
Chu-Hi or Shochu-Hiball is a fantastic way to drink all of your
favourite Shochu. Basically Chu-Hi is any Shochu mixed with fresh
fruits and topped with soda water. Here at Sake we have taken this a
little further producing ‘in house’ a range of fresh purees and syrups
to create a fresh, flavoursome easy to drink Chu-Hi for all to enjoy.
Choose a Shochu and a mixer from the list below at an additional
cost of $3.
