diane is a government account manager for digital                 contact the editor.
imaging. digital imaging is a division of capitol copy
and print and blueprint specialties. this idaho company
has provided printing and reproduction services to
idaho organizations for over 35 years. diane joined
digital imaging in february of 2008. her previous work
experience included nine years with hewlett packard
company where she worked in their credit union
and their call center. she provided phone technical
support for hp customers and their laserJet printers.
she was a manager during her last two years at hp
and unfortunately spent much of that time laying off
employees and moving phone volume to other countries.
she volunteered for a severance package and left hp
in the summer of 2007. this government sales position at
digital Imaging was a good fit for her technical skills and 
her desire to gain sales experience. she has gained a
whole new appreciation for those hearty souls who do
sales day in and day out!
