PROFESSIONAL SYNOPSIS


I being an Electronics and Communication Engineer with more then 8 years of experience, have always
worked for company right from Telecommunication, IT, ITES and now in Real Estate Company as a
Business Development, Sales and on Marketing Profile. I mainly looked into corporate deal and client
interaction. My responsibility was to trace out the appropriate client and find an objective to approach and
give enhanced solutions for the services we provide, pertaining to the domain. Prepare a RFI and give them
a cut short solution. I always coordinate with my technical team to find out the better proposal we could give
and propose to our clients into any application based service.

In Real Estate i administer the overall sales, marketing & business development activities in the
organization. I lead a team of sales & marketing professionals. Set strategies for marketing and promoting
the projects, which includes right from print media, Electronics media, web-based promotion, Tele
Marketing, Dealers formation, Associates, cooperates etc.
Formulate strategies for consistently increasing the sales / profitability of the company. Maintaining cordial
relationship with customers, ensuring quality and service norms to achieve customer satisfaction and
business retention. Leading, training & monitoring the performance of team members to ensure efficiency in
sales operations and meeting of targets. Also leading a separate team of Tele Marketing Department to
focus on direct client and lead generation. Deal with NRI’S and PIO’s for any investment or Purchase of
property in the company. Coordinate with bankers and home financers for the loan arrangements.
