small and mid-sized businesses, principally in Puerto Rico. The company operates through four subsidiaries namely,
Oriental Bank and Trust, Oriental Financial Services Corp., Oriental Insurance, Inc. and Caribbean Pension Consultants,
Inc. and through its 23 financial centers in Puerto Rico. The company is headquartered in San Juan, Puerto Rico.
