financial institution whose membership consists of all Shinkin banks in Japan. SCB supplements the operating capabilities

funds acquired through the issuance of debentures and deposits from Shinkin banks. SCB operates through a network of
13 domestic and four overseas branches. It has 210 overseas correspondent banks. The company handles 272 member
Shinkin banks. SCB also offers various services to Shinkin banks through its subsidiaries. Apart from the domestic
operations, the company has its operation in London, New York, Shanghai, and Hong Kong. SCB is headquartered in
Tokyo, Japan.
