development of Copper and Aluminum based products, in which the company holds 47.7% interest. In the food and
beverages sector, the company operates through Compania Cervecerias Unidas SA (CCU) (33.1% interest). It
manufactures and distributes beer, soft drinks and other beverage products. Quinenco is headquartered in Las Condes,
Chile.
