subsidiaries are engaged in offering securities, consumer financing and leasing and the general insurance services. Its
subsidiaries include PT Bali Securities, PT Bali Tunas Finance and PT Asuransi Permata Nipponkoa Indonesia. As of
December 2009, the Bank had a network of 279 branches that include sub branches, cash offices and sharia branches,
241 sharia office channeling, 569 ATMs in 55 cities throughout the country. The bank is headquartered in Jakarta,
Indonesia.
