company markets other brands as wells its own brands. ICI has five business segments. They are Polyester, Soda Ash,
Paints, Life Sciences and Chemicals. The Life Sciences segment is further classified into pharmaceuticals, animal health
and seeds. ICI Pakistan Limited is a 75.8% owned subsidiary of ICI Omicron B.V. ICI Plc, the parent company of ICI
Omicron B.V., was acquired by AkzoNobel, making it the ultimate holding company of ICI Pakistan Limited. The company
is headquartered in Karachi, Pakistan.
