On the Start Here tab, enter your:
  • Name
  • Team Name
  • Team Member Names
                                                                           Click File, Save As and name this
                                                                           document after your team name.




Weekly Input:
 • Click on Start Here (a tab across the bottom of the spreadsheet)
 • Click on the appropriate week you wish to fill in your activities for
   This will take you to that week’s log
 • Alternatively, you can simply click on the appropriate week’s tab
   on the spreadsheet
Find your activity under the appropriate level (1, 2, or 3)
down the left side if the spreadsheet*




Record the length of time performed (in minutes) in that day’s cell.
Repeat for each activity you performed that week.
* If you don’t see the activity in the list on the log, click on Other Exercises.
The Link will take you to another tab that lists all activities for that many points.




                                                 Record the length of time performed in minutes in that days cell on the Other Exercises line.
                                                                    Save the log to your computer.




3. Submitting the file:
   • Submit your Total Points for that week to your team captain.
   • Total Points are located under the 3 point exercises
     in each weekly log, highlighted in blue.

                                                                                           on the Weekly Log tab.
