Tony Anderson, 83, was found dead at his home in Buckner Community Monday. Sheriff Bill Bilyeu and
Coroner O. D. Rice said the death results from natural causes.

Funeral services will be Wednesday at 2:00 at the Buckner Community Church and burial will be in
Robinson Cemetery. Rev. Alfred Smith will officiate.

Survivors are 4 sons, Collie Anderson, Silver Point, Millard and O. D. Anderson, Baxter, Rt. 2, Monroe
Anderson, Cleveland, Ohio; a step-son, Lawrence Robinson, Silver Point; a brother, Sam Anderson, Rt. 1;
2 sisters, Mary Jane Brown and Mrs. Bessie Leftwich of Baxter, Rt. 1; 23 grandchildren and 18 great
grandchildren.

Services for Mrs. Elizabeth Brown Anderson.

Services were held today (Thursday) for Mrs. Elizabeth Brown Anderson, 75, at the Robinson Cemetery
with the Rev. Smith officiating. Burial was in the Robinson Cemetery.

Mrs. Anderson died Wednesday morning at her home in the 11th District of Putnam County. She was a
member of the Methodist Church.

Survivors include her husband, Tony Anderson, Baxter, Rt. 1, 6 sons, Lawrence Robinson, Collie
Anderson, Noble, Miller, Monroe, and O. D. Anderson, all of Baxter Rt. 1; 3 brothers, Cap Brown, Baxter,
Rt. 1; 2 sisters, Mrs. Ada Kelly, Bloomington Springs, Rt. 1, and Lula Presley, Nashville, 24 grandchildren
and 13 great grandchildren.

BAXTER -- Funeral services for Lloyd Denton Anderson, 62, of Silver Point, will be held at 2 p.m. on
Thurs., June 21, from the Baxter Chapel of Hooper & Huddleston Funeral Home. Burial will be in
Smellage Memory Gardens in the Boma Community of Putnam County.

The family will receive friends after 11 a.m. on Wed., June 20, at the funeral home.

Mr. Anderson died on Tues., June 19, 2001, at his home in Silver Point.

He was born on Aug. 18, 1938, in Putnam County to the late Collie and Ruby Johnson Anderson. Mr.
Anderson was a foreman with Civil Construction Company. He was a member of the Silver Point Church
of Christ.

His family includes his wife, Ethel Sutton Anderson of Silver Point; two sons and a daughter-in-law,
Larry and Dale Anderson of Nashville, and Ricky Anderson of Silver Point; a sister, Linda Carr of Baxter;
six brothers, Junior Anderson of Buffalo Valley, Bud and Joe Anderson, both of Silver Point, Ray
Anderson of Mayfield Village, Ohio, Dean Anderson of Cookeville, and David Anderson of Gordonsville;
and two grandchildren, Dusty and Cody.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Charlene Anderson, and a brother, Carl
Anderson.

Memorial donations may be made to Lazarus House Hospice, P.O. Box 149, Cookeville, Tenn. 38503.
Bros. Will Perkins and Bryant White will officiate at the services.

BAXTER - Funeral services for Millard Anderson, 69, will be held Wednesday, June 27, at 2 p.m. at the
chapel of Baxter Funeral Home with Bro. Alfred Smith officiating. Burial will be in Crestlawn Cemetery.

Mr. Anderson died June 24, at Carthage Hospital.

He was a native of Putnam County, the son of Tony and Elizabeth Brown Anderson. He was a retired
farmer.

He is survived by his wife, Violena Anderson; five sons, James, T. J., C. B., Lillard and Glen Anderson;
three brothers, Collie, Monroe and O. D. Anderson; ten grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

Funeral services for Mr. Nobel Haskel Anderson, 50, are to be held tomorrow afternoon at 2:00 from the
Buckner Community Church with Rev. Alfred Smith officiating. Burial will be in the City Cemetery. Mr.
Anderson, a resident of Nashville, died Monday night at the Vanderbilt Hospital.

Survivors include his widow, Mrs. Annie Vanatta Anderson of Nashville; 2 daughters, Mrs. Evelyn
Rodgers of Detroit, and Mrs. Frances Fuqua of Willow Run, MI; his father, Tony Anderson of Baxter, Rt.
1; 4 brothers, Collie Anderson of Silver Point, Millard Anderson, Monroe Anderson and O. D. Anderson all
of Baxter, Rt. 1; 1 half-brother, Lawrence Robinson of Baxter, Rt. 1; 5 grandchildren.

Membership was held in the Fatherland Missionary Baptist Church.

BAXTER -- Funeral services for James Ray Anderson, 63, of Silver Point, will be held at 2 p.m. on
Sunday, March 7, from the chapel of Baxter Funeral Home.

Burial will be in Smellage Memory Gardens in Baxter.

The family will receive friends after 4 p.m. today, Friday, March 5, at the funeral home.

Mr. Anderson died on Thursday, March 4, 1999, at his home in Silver Point.

He was born on April 9, 1935, in Putnam County to the late Millard and Philena Presley Anderson.
Mr. Anderson worked for Savage Zinc as a Trane operator. He was a member of United Steel Workers of
America, Local 8413.

His family includes his wife, Frankie Nell Stout Anderson of Silver Point; two daughters and sons-in-law,
Jimmie Nell and Billy Kirby of Gainesboro and Cindy and William Sexton of Bloomington Springs; three
brothers and sisters-in-law, Glen and Evelyn Anderson and Lillard and Juanita Anderson, all of Panther,
W.V., and C.B. and Sheena Anderson of Buffalo Valley; seven grandchildren, Kevin and Renee Kirby,
Billy Kirby Jr., Christy and Sondra Maxwell, David Sexton, and Gail Tomlinson; and five great-
grandchildren, Michael, Breanna, Tiffany, and Jimi Kirby, and Samantha Sexton.

In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by a brother and sister-in-law, T.J. and Thelma
Anderson.

Bro. Myron Greer will officiate at the services.

b. 12 August 1915 – d. 20 April 1984 – F1 US Navy WWII. He was the husband of Ruthy Lorene
(Haggard) Anderson, b. 20 January 1917. His parents Tony Anderson (1877-1961) & Elizabeth (Brown)
Anderson (1894-1941), both buried in the Robinson Cemetery, Putnam Co., TN.

BAXTER - Funeral services for O. D. Anderson, 68, of Rt. 1, Baxter, will be held Sunday, April 22 at
2:00 in the chapel of Baxter Funeral Home with Bro. Dillard Johnson and Bro. Earl Williams officiating.
Burial will be in Crestlawn Cemetery.

Mr. Anderson, a carpenter, was dead on arrival at Cookeville General Hospital April 20, 1984.

A native of Putnam County, born August 12, 1915, he was the son of the late Tony and Elizabeth Brown
Anderson.

He was a veteran of WW II, serving in the Navy, a member of Buckner Community Church, and was a
former member of the Putnam Co. Qt. Ct.

His family includes his wife, Lorene Haggard Anderson of Baxter; 1 daughter, Mrs. Vernon (Bobbie Jean)
Locke of Gainesboro; 1 son, Robert Anderson of Nashville, 1 brother, Collie Anderson of Silver Point; 5
grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.

                            ANNA FRANCES (ANDERSON) FUQUA OBT.

WILLIS, MI –Funeral services for Anna Frances Fuqua, 51, of Willis, MI, will be held at 2:00 Friday in
the chapel of Baxter Funeral Home with Bro. Dillard Johnson officiating. Burial will be in the Crest Lawn
Cemetery.

Mrs. Fuqua, a native of Putnam County, died Tuesday October 5, 1982 in Univ. Medical Center, Willis,
MI, following an extended illness. She was a retired assembler for General Motors and was the daughter
of the late Noble Anderson and Lena Leftwich.

Survivors include her husband, Lloyd Fuqua of Michigan; 2 sons, Danny and Kenneth Fuqua of MI; a
daughter, Mrs. Wayne (Deborah Fuqua) smith of MI; a sister, Mrs. Willard (Evelyn) Rogers of MI; 5
grandchildren, Adam, Brandon, Ryan, Keri, and Michael Fuqua, all of MI; and several nieces and nephews.

The body will lie in state at the funeral home after 3:00 Thursday.
