MySpace is about self-expression and discovery in as many ways as you can
imagine. MySpace is one of the top 3 search-related sites/companies. How
is it search related? MySpace is a positive place for teens to 'be' and
an invaluable tool for parents. The space provides a neat snapshot of
emotional status, peer groups and personal preferences. MySpace is a
social networking web site that allows members to create online profiles,
to create an online community through friend invitations.

Users invite their friends to sign up, who in turn invite their friends
to sign up. Pretty soon users find out that their personal 'network' of
friends is quite large. Users are always reminded to exercise caution in
their social networking activities online. And again, everyone is
reminded to install all the necessary patches once they are available.
Users who would once take a bullet for their favourite social network,
have now migrated to the more popular sites - that includes a lot of the
musical folk too (who said the internet was a fickle place?). Just to
give you an example of how bad things really are, MySpace had 124 million
monthly uniques last month; Facebook in contrast received 276 million
unique visitors, giving it a traffic increase of 16.6%.

MySpace is still one of the most popular social networking sites among
youngsters who love to customize and decorate their homepages to make it
look different, beautiful and attractive. If you perform a single Google
search using keywords like 'Myspace templates', 'Myspace layouts', etc,
you are certainly going to see millions of results. MySpace is currently
hosting a couple of fun games for you to try called Mafia Wars and
Bulletproof. Check these out for some of the most exciting online games
around. MySpace is the first stop for fans and artists to discover,
connect and communicate.

Consistently in the top dozen websites, MySpace is home to an abundance
of creatives – from bands to filmmakers. MySpace is a social network
site. In structure, MySpace is not particularly unique. Myspace is a
great site to meet up with your old friends from high school. I have
gotten in touch with so many people that I haven't seen in years. MySpace
is one of many social networking sites populating the Web. The sites give
users communication tools to form online networks of friends and
contacts. MySpace is a free online community composed of personal
profiles aimed foremostly at a younger membership. A MySpace profile
typically includes a digital photo and in-depth information about
personal interests.

MySpace isn't that much easier to use than Friendster, or than other
shared-user-content sites like Flickr (photo sharing), del.icio.us
(bookmarks), or Digg (tech news). But it mixes multiple publishing
models, blogs, photos, music, videos, friend networks into one personal
space. MySpace is the most popular social networking site in the world.
According to Quantcast and Neilson Online, the site has over 50 million
unique visitors a month. MySpace is a potential springboard in lead
generation for business owners, especially those that appear to be true
friends rather than in-your-face marketers. Your MySpace page can be used
to gain ties with other business owners and to promote items or services
to prospective customers in a more personal and easily accessible
environment.
MySpace is still home for Latino/Hispanic teens, immigrant teens,
'burnouts', 'alternative kids', 'art fags', punks, emos, goths, gangstas,
queer kids, and other kids who didn’t play into the dominant high school
popularity paradigm.

Users constantly receive spam-like messages from said bands, business,
and individuals looking to add more 'friends' (and therefore more
potential fans, consumers, or witnesses) to their online identity. A
testament to this strange new social paradigm is the phrase "Thanks for
the Add," a nicety offered when one MySpace user adds another as a
friend. User cknowledges that any reliance upon such opinions, data
