Partnership Will Create Innovative, Green, and Healthy Homes

April 23, 2008 (Boston, MA)—Ecohealth Homes, a division of Chatham Hill Residential Design
and Build, LLC today announced a new partnership with one of America’s Largest and Most
Respected Modular Home Manufacturers, Penn Lyon Homes Corporation to construct cutting
edge sustainable and healthy homes.

“Building homes that are both sustainable and healthy requires a new way of thinking,” said
Michelle Roberts, President of Chatham Hill. “Through the use of forward-looking design and
construction methods and materials that are resource efficient, Ecohealth will provide families
with the most environmentally-friendly, healthy and comfortable homes possible, for now and for
generations to come.”

Ecohealth Homes are factory-built in modular and/or Structural Insulated Panel components in a
secure quality- controlled environment ensuring that every inch of the home is built under the
best possible conditions and thoroughly inspected. Much of green building these days still makes
allowances for plastics and other materials that release harmful chemicals. Ecohealth uses
innovative products and systems so we do not have to sacrifice our future occupants’ health in
order to be green.

“Chatham Hill’s Ecohealth Homes are at the cutting edge of the residential green building
movement,” said Rebecca Morley, Executive Director for the National Center for Healthy
Housing. “They symbolize what green should be – healthy for the environment and the resident.”
The latest in residential building products, materials, and housing designs are continuously
researched to offer the widest range of options that are both environmentally-friendly and
healthy. The home’s entire footprint, from its layout and fixtures to its products and systems, are
individually selected to provide each family with a unique healthy living environment.

“We are extremely enthusiastic about this collaboration,” stated David Reed, President of Penn
Lyon Homes Corporation. “Michelle and her team at Chatham Hill share Penn Lyon’s passion
and vision for providing environmentally-friendly products to the customer. We look forward to
launching a complete series of Ecohealth Homes in the coming months.”

Chatham Hill’s Ecohealth Homes is an Energy Star® Design-Build Partner and Ms. Roberts
