Monday, May 23rd 3-4:30pm Computer Workshop/ Mass Storage Devices “Where’d my
file go?” Charles Mack Citizen Center, 215 N. Main St, Mooresville. Tim Grier, the owner of
CET Computer Repair and Training, will be conducting the class and help demystify your
computer’s inner-workings. Tim will decipher the geek-speak used by telephone tech support
advisors which baffles most people. No Charge, Open to the public.

Monday, May 23rd 6-9pm Financing Your Small Business, Mitchell Community College, 701
W. Front Street, Statesville. This seminar will provide you with information regarding
all financial resources available to you. In this seminar, you will learn what you need to do to
apply for a small business loan and what is required to seek investors. No Charge however
registration is required by calling 704-878-3227. Open to the public.

Thursday, May 26th 9am Freightliner “Ride of Pride” Public Appearance! Richards Coffee
Shop & Military Museum, 128 S. Main Street, Mooresville.
Every year Freightliner Trucks’ military Veteran-only employees are commissioned to build a
one-of-a-kind, sponsored semi-truck (tractor) to honor our POW, MIA and fallen members of the
military forces of the United States. The “Ride of Pride”, as it is known, is publicly unveiled in
Washington, DC on Memorial Day. But, for the last seven years or so, prior to it’s public
unveiling, it has been presented for review to the Veterans at Richard’s (Pat’s) Coffee Shop and
Military Museum in Mooresville, NC. Please come out and support our heroes.
