Luxurious Holiday Homes with Mountain Views
Under development on a mountainside plot of approximately twelve acres, the
Woodside is a group of luxury villas located on the periphery of Kasauli town in the

separate staff quarters. Villa interiors include dressed stone walls and wooden ceilings
in some rooms, a fireplace, wooden flooring and bathrooms appointed with imported
marble flooring and high quality fixtures. This is complemented by state-of-the-art,
low-energy consumption electrical fittings. Optional features include a Bose Lifestyle

Location Profile:
Kasauli is a quaint and peaceful cantonment town informed by a rich history, both ancient and colonial.
Originally established in the early 1840s as a summer mountainside retreat by the British along with Shimla,
Kasauli has a well-preserved colonial ambiance and boasts several fine examples of Raj period architecture,
including many stately private residences and the striking Protestant Christ Church. The area is also home to the
exclusive Kasauli Club, the beautiful upper and lower mall trails, the highest brewery and distillery in the world,
and some of the most premier residential schools in the country. Located at a height of approximately 1,927
