             a. Authorizing the execution of an Indemnity and Trust Agreement with the
                Garden State Municipal Joint Insurance Fund

             b. Authorizing the submission of a Recycling Tonnage Grant Application to the
                New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection for calendar year 2006

             c. Authorizing the issuance of a permit for Charitable Solicitation in Roadways to
                the North Plainfield Rescue Squad to solicit contributions at the intersection of
                Somerset Street, Jackson Avenue and Park Place on June 16-17 and June 30-
                July 1, between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.

             d. Authorizing the waiver of the requirements of N.P.R.G.O. 14-4.1a to permit
                the sale of ice cream from a table on the sidewalk in front of La Reina Bakery,
                199 Somerset Street

             e. Authorizing the issuance of an Indoor Pistol and/or Rifle Range License to Ray’s
                Sport Shop, Inc., 559 Route 22 for the period July 1, 2007 through June 30, 2008

             f. Authorizing the issuance of Retail Consumption, Distribution or Club Alcoholic
                Beverage Licenses for the period July 1, 2007 through June 30, 2008 to the
                following:
