Programs Fund may become a Paul Harris Fellow. Each
new Paul Harris Fellow receives a commemorative
certificate, a Paul Harris Fellow pin and a medallion.

ATTENDANCE COMMITTEE

Attendance is a Rotary requirement. It is the duty of this committee to promote the best
attendance possible at all meetings. Absentees should be contacted to make up meetings. The
committee should inform members when they are nearing nonconformity to attendance
requirements. Should this be ineffective, members should be reported to the Board of Directors.
The committee should also strive to obtain good attendance at District Conference meetings and
National Conference meetings.

BULLETIN / COMMUNICATIONS COMMITTEE / WEB SITE

The Bulletin/Communications Committee is responsible for reporting to members of the Club

This committee will prepare the proper memorial for any deceased member, bringing same
before the Club for approval, and then will transmit same to the family. The committee will be
responsible to have one of its members present and will render the invocation at all special
meetings and will assist the President when requested at weekly meetings. The committee will
properly recognize any very outstanding achievements by any member and bring same to the
attention of the Club.

The Visitation/Welcome Committee shall create a sense of community and fellowship within the
spirit of Rotary. The committee shall keep members informed of the health and welfare of fellow

committee shall assist the Sergeant-at-Arms in collecting fines for late arriving members.


VOCATIONAL SERVICE COMMITTEE

The Vocational Service Committee shall devise and carry into effect plans which will guide and
assist the members of the Club in discharging their responsibilities in their vocational relation-
ship and in improving the general standards of practice in their respective vocations. The
Chairman of this committee shall be responsible for the vocational service activities of the Club
and shall supervise and coordinate the work of any committees that are appointed on any phases
of vocational service. A program is planned on this facet of Club activity.
