                                                                                                                         Help us Solve the Puzzle
                                                                                                 Last year, in an effort to navigate through a tough economic environment, our church held three
                                                                                                 fund raisers – Michigan Cabin Raffle, Nifty Fifty Club, Florida Vacation Raffle – and this congre-
                                                                                                 gation stepped up to make these a success. We were able to end the year with a balanced budget.
                                                                                                 We cut expenses but did not cut staff – a big accomplishment, given the situation.
                                                                                                 This year, I am happy to report that our financial picture has improved. We are not yet out
                                                                                                 of the woods, but it is our intention to meet this church’s 2011 financial goals while holding
                                                                                                 one fund raiser for the entire year. We will need everyone’s help to make this a success,
