Smelting. (a). To carry on business of mining, milling, concentrating, converting, smelting, treating, preparing for market, manufacturing, buying, selling, exchanging and otherwise producing and dealing in zinc, lead, gold, silver, copper, brass, iron, steel, coal, and in all kinds of ores, metals, and minerals, oils, petroleum, and natural gas, acids and chemicals, and in the products and byproducts that are of every kind and description and by whatsoever process, the same can be or may in the future be produced; and generally and without limit as to amount, to buy, sell, or exchange, lease, acquire and deal in leads, mines, and minerals, rights and claims, and in the above specified products and to conduct business pertaining to the above purposes within the state of _________ or elsewhere in the United States, its insular possessions and foreign countries. (b). To carry on as principals, agents, commission merchants or consignees the business of mining, milling, concentrating, converting, smelting, treating, refining, buying, selling, exchanging, manufacturing, and dealing in any or all of the above specified products and of materials used in the manufacture of any and all of such articles and to carry on as such principals, agents, commission merchants or consignees any other business which in the judgment of the board of directors of the company may be conveniently conducted in conjunction with any of the matters described above, to the extent that such business is one that may be carried on by a corporation organized under the Business Corporation Law. (c). To manufacture, produce, purchase or otherwise acquire, and to sell, dispose of and deal in and with, and to store, transport and distribute goods, wares and merchandise, and property of any and every class and description to the extent that such business is one that may be carried on by a corporation organized under the Business Corporation Law. (d). To purchase or otherwise acquire, hold, own, occupy, develop, improve, sell, dispose of and convey real property, and any and every interest in such property, either within or without the state of _________, and anywhere in the world; to extract, remove, produce or prepare from any such property any animal, vegetable, mineral, acid or other products or materials either by agricultural pursuits, mining, quarrying, smelting, concentrating, refining or by any other method or means now known or that may in the future be discovered or invented and to avail itself in every manner of each and every resource of such property by reducing it to proper form, and by use, sale or other disposition of such resources. (e). To engage in any kind of manufacturing, mining, milling, quarrying, concentrating, smelting, refining, building, construction and industrial operations, in the development and utilization of every kind of power and acquirement, construction, use, operation, sale and other disposition of all kinds of machinery, plants, smelters, factories, refineries, warehouses, elevators, buildings, and other structures, boats, ships, and other transportation facilities to be used in the private business of the corporation and not for hire, all to the extent that may be permitted to a corporation organized under the Business Corporation Law.
