based on 23 students attending. The amount will go up or down based on attendance.

An overall discussion regarding Drama Boosters donating a portion of the money for each student to attend the Chicago trip. It
was agreed that each student would receive $100.00 toward the trip. All RSVPS and payment will go through Mr. Myatt.

Citizen/$0 Century Club Member

Dinner Theatre Pricing for dinner and theatre will be as follows: $25.00 Adults/$20.00 Students/Sr. Citizens/$15.00 Century Club

MAKE-UP KITS

Jori Colorusso has been trying to get everyone to purchase their own make-up kit. She is having trouble making contact with
everyone. Only two people have purchased so far. Alyson will make an announcement at rehearsal to reach more people. Mr.
Myatt will also make an announcement through Virtual Stage Management (VSM).

PATRON LETTER

The patron letter is ready to go out. Discussed that we needed to remove the sentence “Your contribution is tax deductible and
upon receiving your generous donation, a receipt will be mailed to you”. Had lawyer look at it and it really is not tax deductible.
Letter will be mailed soon with correction.

LINE ARRAY SPEAKERS

Julie Phelan is putting together a grant request through Scott County Regional Authority for a grant to assist with the purchase of
the line array speakers for the auditorium. The grant asks that we are willing to commit to one half of the total purchase price,
which is $12.000. Total cost for speakers is $24,000. Discussed and voted that we agree to the $12,000 since it is currently in our
account from funds raised last year. The decision should be completed by January. If for any reason grant is approved for only
$10,000 (example), Mr. Myatt will try and come up with remaining balance out of his account.
ON LINE PHOTO SALES

Smugmug.com is an online photo service that we are considering to maintain all of our production photos. Annual registration is
$150.00. Patrons can then purchase the photos online at any time and for any show. There was discussion as to privacy issues
and protection issues in regards to photos being out there for anyone and everyone. Tammy Mohs is going to call the district to
see if parents have signed an authorization form in the past to allow their children’s photos to be used online. Once that is
determined, we will make a decision as to whether we would like to proceed. Blaine Beilke has agreed to get this project going
and continue to manage it for this year and train next person to take over.

Next Meeting Monday, October 11, 2010
