      Login to Self Service
      https://eben.comforce.com

From the Self Service Home page, you will be able to navigate to the various components
of e-Benefits, e-Pay and Open Enrollment. This manual has been prepared to assist and
guide you through the components available to you within e-Benefits.

The e-Benefits module allows employee‟s to review their benefit elections (i.e. Medical,
Dental, Vision, Life, Disability, 401k and Flexible Spending accounts). The following icons
are available to you from the Self Service Home page: Benefits Summary, Health Plans,
Savings Plans, Insurance Plans, Flexible Spending Accounts and Dependent Beneficiaries.

The program checks the group that the employee belongs to in „E Pay Staff User‟s ID‟*. If
employee is part of group G01, the „Insurance Summary‟ and „Flexible Spending Accounts‟
hyperlinks will be available. If employee belongs to any group other than G01, the
„Insurance Summary‟ and „Flexible Spending Accounts‟ hyperlinks will be unavailable.
(*Navigation: HR - Setup HRMS - System Administration - Comforce Administer HR
System - E Pay Staff User's ID, In search record enter EmplID, Group)

The e-Pay module allows employee‟s to review their paycheck information (i.e. Earnings,
Taxes, Deductions, Net Pay, etc.) They can view their current paycheck, view previous
paychecks, view paid time off and print a copy of their check.

Benefits Enrollment module (available only during the open benefit enrollment) will assist
you through the benefit enrollment process. This process will allow you to make and
submit the components available to you for Benefit Enrollment.

By choosing one of these icons, the system will bring you to that component‟s summary
page. From the summary pages, you will be able to navigate within that component to
      retrieve additional detail.

The Self Service Module e-Benefits Explained:

Benefits Summary:

The „Benefits Summary‟ page will display all of your current benefit plans. If you are not
currently enrolled in a particular plan that plan type will not be displayed (i.e. Medical, Dental,
Flexible Spending, etc.).

To view the historical information, use the change date field. The current system date is the
default date displayed. To change this date, enter a new date (mm/dd/yyyy format) or select
the calendar icon next to the date field to change it. The system will not allow you to view
information prior to 01/01/02 – (i.e. if you enter 12/31/01, you will receive an error message
and be prompted for a valid date).

Each of the “Type of Benefit” listed is a hyperlink. By clicking on a hyperlink, the system will
bring you to that particular benefit page and additional information relating to that benefit will
be displayed. Each of the “Type of Benefit” hyperlinks will be discussed in greater detail later
on.

View Paycheck:

The View Paycheck page provides convenient online access to your payroll information. Use View
Paycheck to review all information that is shown on an actual paycheck stub (i.e. earnings,
taxes, deductions, net pay distribution, home address, company information, etc.) It also allows
you to not only view your current paycheck but print your paycheck, view previous paychecks,
view Paid Time Off and view additional earnings details.

You will be able to;
 View prior paychecks by clicking the “View a Different Payment” hyperlink.
 View leave accrual information by clicking the “View Paid Time Off” hyperlink (only if you
are a member of a Leave Plan). NOTE: In addition, if the “Balance Visible to EE for Self-
Service” flag is selected on the Leave Plan Table, the “View Paid Time Off” will be visible.
 View additional information on current earnings by clicking the view “View Additional
Earnings Details” hyperlink. NOTE: The Hours and Rate will be displayed only if they are
shown in the Earnings section of the View Paycheck Screen.

The two columns „Prior Period Begin Date‟ and „Prior Period End Date‟ in the Earnings box will
appear only if the Tax Location Code is „CA‟ (California) and if the paycheck is for a prior period.
If the Tax Location Code is other than „CA‟, these two columns will not appear. These columns
comply with recently enacted California Legislation (AB 2095) that requires pay adjustments for
prior pay period earnings to be separately identified on the employee‟s advice information,
effective January 1, 2007. The following rules are followed in displaying prior pay period
earnings adjustment information:
       1. Employees are defined as subject to this requirement if their paycheck contains pay
earnings with State equal to „CA‟ (California).
       2. Adjustments to prior pay period earnings are defined as earnings with an Earnings End
Date prior to the Pay Period Begin Date of the current payment.
       3. When there are multiple adjustments to prior period earnings with different Earnings
Begin Dates and Earnings End Dates, the adjustment amounts will be totaled by
earnings code and displayed with the earliest Earnings Begin Date and the latest
           Earnings End Date.
       4. If the current pay period includes an earnings code that is associated with both a prior
period adjustment as well as current pay earnings, the current pay period earnings will
be printed/displayed before the prior period adjustment for the earnings code.

The information in the Earnings section will show all lines and is not limited to 15 lines of
earnings.
