La Terrazza Luxury Villas Announces Four New Floor Plans

New Mediterranean Inspired Community, La Terrazza of Jacksonville, FL, Offers Additional Luxury Villas for Sale

July 06, 2010 11:50 AM Eastern Daylight Time

JACKSONVILLE, Fla.--(EON: Enhanced Online News)--La Terrazza Villas has announced the addition of four new luxury villa floor plans to its Mediterranean
inspired waterfront community located off of Baymeadows and San Jose. Brownstone Developers worked closely with architect, Roy Williams to design the Capri
I, Capri II, Portofino and Venetian.

In addition to the old-world Italian flavor seen in all La Terrazza homes, the Capri I features a two bedroom loft with
an oversized master bedroom. Twenty foot ceilings highlight the dining and great room areas. Its modified layout, the “All of our floor plans can be
Capri II, is also a two bedroom loft with an oversized master suite. This expanded layout features extra lot space with customized at no extra expense
additional garage area and a spacious courtyard for entertaining. to our buyers”

The Venetian is a three bedroom, two and a half bath floor plan that boasts a central staircase and oversized master bedroom. The layout also features a large
two-car garage. Like its neighbors, the Venetian features an open kitchen layout and large outdoor living space.

Located on the waterfront lots only, the Portofino is a "Main Level" floor plan. This layout separates main level living with a guest suite above the garage and a
basement alternative option. Like all layouts in La Terrazza, homebuyers have the option to customize their luxury Florida villa with both plan and finish
changes. “All of our floor plans can be customized at no extra expense to our buyers,” says Brent Brown, Managing Partner for The Brownstone Group.

In addition to the completed models, La Terrazza has two homes under construction for buyers and is scheduled to break ground on three more within the next
         45 days.

Homes feature barrel tile roofs, covered loggias, balconies, outdoor living areas with courtyards that feature splash pools, fountains and outdoor kitchens,
detached garages with above garage bonus rooms and guest suites that include a bathroom and kitchen. Once completed, La Terrazza will feature twenty-eight
single-family homes and eight terrace homes settled along Goodby’s Creek.

Upon completion the creek-side amenity center will include a clubhouse with an outdoor living area, kitchen, fitness center, and a custom infinity edge
swimming pool. It is currently under construction and is scheduled to be completed by September.

Lawn care will be maintained by the homeowner’s association to provide residents with care-free, convenience. A limited number of boat slips will also be
included to provide residents with easy access to the St. Johns River. To learn more about La Terrazza Villas or to search our other luxury villas for sale visit
