                   It’s a Cool Breeze at Willow

The Willow Investment Fund is pleased to announce its first investment of
2008.

Cool Breeze is located at Skeetes Bay, Barbados. Vic Maundrell, Managing
Partner of Willow said, “We were very fortunate to acquire this land for
development as we won it against some stiff competition because of our
greater agility. The property fronts a beautiful and unspoilt Barbados beach
complete with palm trees and overlooks a small fishing harbour to the
North”.

The development will accommodate 2, 3 or 4 luxury villas complete with
garages and individual swimming pools. “We are yet to decide the
combinations to maximize our returns and keep the development in
sympathy with its surroundings” said Vic.

David Coker who is a co investor and steered home the contracts said “We
are very grateful to the excellent professionals listed below with whom we
have worked on this investment and where speed was the key word, they
went the extra mile for us. We also had a great weekend in Barbados
finalizing the deal!!”
