1. Prices in F2001 were higher than normal with prices hitting $4,000/MW/h in December 2000. Prior to December 2001 all wholesale transmission services were billed manually. Beginning in December 2001, with the implementation of the Settlements and Billing capability of the Grid Operations Upgrade automated process were implemented. This implementation allowed for the clean-up of the settlement and billing backlog for F2001 and F2002. 2. F2003 through F2006 Ancillary Services costs reflect the expiration of the long-term contracts in December 2001.
